Lilys "Better Can't Make Your Life Better" This Lily's album is my first experience with Lilys in an engineer/producer capacity. The first day of tracking brought drummer Aaron Sperske from L.A. to be introduced to myself, Kurt K. Heasley, and the project by bassist Thom Monahan. It was the first Lilys recording for this group and as a result the record has a very fresh feel. The record contains the single "A Nanny in Manhattan." After being placed in a very popular Levis commercial in the United Kingdon "Nanny" climbed into the U.K. top 20. At this point CHE Trading and Coalition Recordings International initiated the remix and reastering of the album for a reissue in February of 1998.
